Healthy Diet for Heart

A healthy heart always stays in a healthy body. To keep your heart active you have to keep your body fit and healthy. If you compromise with your health you have to pay for this in later stages of your life. As your age increases with time your health also decreases but if you have a rich diet in your early stages of life than you don’t have to worry much because your food will compensate your health issues. NUTS:-Various nuts help in reducing cholesterol and body fat. Almonds can reduce risk of insulin resistance and diabetes.
BERRIES:-Berries has more effect on cardiovascular health. Strawberries and Blueberries can reduce risk of heart attacks.
LEGUMES:-Beans and legumes lower the risk of heart diseases. They are rich in soluble fibers.
SOY:-It is protein rich food item helps in preventing heart diseases.
